Hi, I'm Taylor!

Hi! I am Taylor Labno, REALTOR®️, with Coastal Premier Properties NWFL. I am considered to be an expert in real estate and the vacation rental industry on the panhandle. I have helped clients all over NW Florida in over 100 real estate transactions find the property of their dreams or learn how best to manage their investment property. Through my love of meeting new people and gregarious nature, I have built a solid foundation of clients and local businesses who trust me in my community through my professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting YOUR needs first.

I am passionate about beach properties, investment properties, and educating about all things short term rentals. I have continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

I am very active in the community. I proudly serve on the Public Policy Committee, RPAC Committee, CAMO (Community and Military Outreach) Committee, and serve as the Membership Director for Women’s Council of Realtors Emerald Coast and I serve as a youth leader at my home church. On Sunday mornings you can find me serving with

Manna Church in Niceville helping get setup for our Sunday school classes.


In my free time, I am a frequent flyer at the library or hanging out with my son. We have recently connected over spending time in the gym and focusing on improving ourselves through healthy habits.
